Introduction

BounceBit is a CeDeFi infrastructure platform built around BounceBit Chain, BB-tokens, and institutional yield products. It connects regulated custody, tokenized real-world assets (RWA), and onchain markets through a unified framework for settlement, collateral, and yield. BounceBit uses an EVM-compatible proof-of-stake Layer 1 as its base settlement layer for assets, collateral, and applications. Its architecture separates custody, execution, and onchain accounting, while V3 standardizes user positions as rebasing BB-Tokens such as BBUSD and BBTC, which represent vault positions and can be used across DEXs, money markets, perpetuals, and staking.

Through BounceBit Prime, the platform integrates tokenized cash equivalents from Franklin Templeton’s Benji and BlackRock’s BUIDL via Securitize, with client assets custodied at Standard Chartered and connected to execution through an off-exchange collateral mirroring model.
