# Bitstable

Bitstable is a decentralized lending protocol that enables users to draw interest-free loans through the collateralization of BTC. The loans are paid out in stablecoins which can be staked in a stablecoin pool to participate in lending and liquidation processes for earning returns. Bitstable creates a more capital efficient and user-friendly way to borrow stablecoins. Stable-value assets are an essential element for decentralized applications and are needed for transactions of all kinds.
