Redemption Rules:

• Redemption requests submitted between Thursday 4:00 AM UTC+0 and the following Monday 4:00 AM UTC+0 will be processed by 4:00 PM UTC+0 on the following Friday, allowing users to withdraw their funds.

• Redemption requests submitted between Monday 4:00 AM UTC+0 and Thursday 4:00 AM UTC+0 will be processed by 4:00 PM UTC+0 on the following Tuesday, allowing users to withdraw their funds.
