* Active Yield products require a $500,000 USDT minimum investment.

#### Who holds custody of the assets?

All assets are safeguarded under institutional custody through Standard Chartered Bank, ensuring regulatory-grade security and segregation of funds.

#### Is BB Prime regulated?

BB Prime integrates with regulated custodians and token issuers (e.g., Franklin Templeton, Standard Chartered) to ensure compliance at the infrastructure level. However, users should ensure personal compliance with local laws.

#### Can I withdraw my funds at any time?

Withdrawals follow each product's redemption schedule. For Active Yield products, you can submit a redemption request at any time, but fund withdrawals follow a scheduled settlement cycle.Depending on when you make the request, your funds will be returned within 11 to 15 days.

* Minimum redemption: $500,000
* If your balance is below $500,000, you must redeem the full amount.

Redemptions are not instant and are processed in weekly batches. A redemption fee of 0.1% will be applied to the redeemed amount to cover capital movement and operational costs.
